Rental Prices
Our rates are based on the total cost for up to 12 people per week and include:
Mid-week clean: To keep the villa fresh and tidy during your stay.
All linens and towels: Premium bedding and plush towels for your comfort.
Household supplies: Soaps, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, and more.
Solar-heated pool: Available from March to November (minimum 25°C).
Check-in: After 4:00 PM on Saturdays
Check-out: Before 10:00 AM on Saturdays

Minimum Stay: 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday).
Payment Terms: A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
Extras: Additional services, such as private chefs, pre-arrival shopping, airport transfers, or extra cleaning, can be arranged at an additional cost.
