Fluent in Spanish, English, German, and Portuguese, Renata is your go-to person for everything from restaurant recommendations to emergency assistance. With over 30 years of experience in the Ronda area, she knows the region inside and out and is dedicated to making your stay unforgettable.

Renata offers a full concierge service to make your holiday as relaxing or as active as you’d like. Renata lives opposite El Noque so can be as much or as little a part of your holiday depending on your needs.

Here’s how she can help:

  • Dining and Entertainment:

    • Recommend and book local restaurants.

    • Arrange private chefs to cook meals at the villa (breakfast, lunch, or dinner).

    • Organise flamenco evenings or other cultural experiences.

  • Activities and Excursions:

    • Book tours, walks, horse riding, yoga, pilates, or hot air ballooning.

    • Arrange golf, tennis, or cycle hire.

  • Practical Support:

    • Handle pre-arrival shopping to stock the villa before you arrive.

    • Organise airport transfers and transportation.

    • Provide babysitting services for families.

  • Household Management:

    • Oversee the villa’s part-time staff, including Antonio (maintenance, pool, and gardener) and Elvira and Marie (cleaners).

    • Address any issues, big or small—from a leaking tap to electricity or water supply concerns.

  • Animal Care:

    • Feed and care for the villa’s cats, donkeys, and horses.

  • Emergency Assistance:

    • Available 24/7 for emergencies, including medical support, pharmacy visits, or hospital trips.
