Renata - Fulltime House Manager

Can’t stress enough the value that Renata, our fulltime House Manager, brings to El Noque and your peace of mind and convenience during your holiday.

Renata speaks Spanish, English, German and Portugese fluently.

Renata lives just the other side of the lane/track, about 120m from El Noque and is on hand to provide a full concierge service ....she can recommend and book restaurants, organise tours, walks, horse riding, baby sitting, yoga, pilates, airport collection, pre-arrival shopping, flamenco dancers, golf, tennis, cycle hire, hot air ballooning, et cetera, et cetera.  All of these extras are at cost price to our guests. Renata has lived in the Ronda area for over 20 years and knows (or can find) anyone or any service.  Of course, you can ignore all this and just have a relaxing hols with no extras.

Want to stay in but don’t want to cook? Renata can also organise one of two highly recommended cooks to come to the villa and cook for you, lunch or dinner. Breakfasts can also be arranged.

Extra cleaning, over and above our standard service, is an option.

Plus, Renata is there for the unpleasant things. Calling a Doctor, getting to the local pharmacy or, worst case, getting you to the local hospital. And, of course, acting as an interpreter in such an situation. Renata is 24/7 if there is an emergency.

And Renata also sees to all the day to day concerns that can arise from a large house.... something’s broken and needs fixing.... however small (leaking tap) or large (electricity or water supply).

Animals are fed and cared for .... cats, donkeys, horses.

Renata organises El Noque’s part time staff ....  Antonio (maintenance, pool and gardener), Elvira and Marie (cleaners)
